Hello, I'm Natalie Parffrey, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving clients across Texas. Despite what ol' Forrest Gump shared with us, life isn't always like a box of chocolates. Sometimes, it can feel more like a box of rocks. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, depressed, alone, misunderstood, or frustrated with the burdens you carry. You may struggle to understand yourself or those you love, or wonder if there's something wrong with you. You might ask yourself, What is the purpose of all this? What am I supposed to do? How can I find happiness and peace?
Let's start by putting down that box of rocks.
You don't have to carry it alone. I'm here to help you explore those questions and find your own answers. Together, we can look at your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, while uncovering the personal strengths that make you unique, resilient, and capable.
